He has held the positions of Chair of Social and Community Services, Chair of Board of Directors of The Gatehouse, Chair of Community Advancing Valued Environments, Co-ordinator of Advanced Justice Studies, Senior Development Officer for Community Services and Public Safety, Probation and Parole Officer. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor and went on to earn a Masters degree in Education from the University of Toronto.
