Transform harmful conflict within your personal, organizational, or social setting into healthy relationships filled with respect, fairness, and understanding.
Education
To implement Transformative Practices in Schools, we can offer training and workshops as listed below:
Training in circle facilitation, 2 or 3 day packages available
Using Transformative Practices in building safe and caring learning environments
Creation and implementation of programs for at-risk youth that are based on social and emotional skill development and positive change
Progressive discipline, safe schools and transformative methodology putting the pieces together
We also are available to consult on specific incidents, will assist or lead with conference preparation and facilitate conferences for schools and school boards. We have a proven track record in circle facilitation.

There are three components for a great workplace: relationships between employees and management, relationships between employees and their job/organization and the relationships between employees.
Training in Circle Facilitation for the workplace can take 2 or 3 days, depending on the specific needs. Resolving conflict in the workplace increases productivity, saves time, money, decreases absenteeism, improves quality, decreases LTAs and improves morale.
